Stephanie is a solicitor and the firm’s Business Development Manager based in the firm’s Swindon office. Having qualified in 2000 Stephanie spent 12 years in practice as a litigation solicitor and team manager before moving into her current role and joining Bower Bailey in 2012.
Stephanie’s role is to explore business opportunities for all areas of work undertaken by the firm but with particular emphasis in the property sector. She initiates business leads, typically with commercial lenders and property developers, and then assists the partners in developing, maintaining and improving client relationships. This involves acting as liaison between the partners and clients and in particular providing matter information to clients on a periodic basis as to progress of transactions.
In addition Stephanie is responsible for the firm’s literature, press releases, advertising, writing articles and features on topical issues and social media.
To carry out her role effectively Stephanie attends and is a member of a number of associations and networking organisations which have included:

- United Kingdom Acquired Brain Injury Forum – Oxfordshire branch
- Bristol Law Society Council
Personal interests:
When she’s not at work, networking or attending committee meetings Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Stephanie is a keen linguist and enjoys speaking French & Spanish.
